Return and Refund Policy

• Return Eligibility & Refund Process:

  To initiate a return and receive a refund, the item must first be physically shipped back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed.

• Refund & Shipping Fees:

  Upon a successful return, you will receive a 70% refund of the item's purchase price. The remaining 30% is retained to cover return shipping, restocking, and processing fees.

• First-Time Returns vs. Subsequent Returns:

  • Your First Return: Shipping is entirely free for your very first return with us.

  • Future Returns: For any subsequent returns after your first, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
